Japanese food is simple, healthy and delicious. It’s what I was raised on near Wakayama, Japan. It’s also way more than what 90% of Japanese restaurants in Canada serve – there’s more to it than Teriyaki Chicken and California Rolls.
When cooking at home, I think simple is the best, using fresh, local and organic ingredients whenever possible and cooking with love! I am so lucky to have my husband and three sons who appreciate and enjoy my cooking.
My passion is sharing good food with family, friends and anyone interested in learning with me.
